Here is your chance to make a difference for homeless
animals in your area this holiday season.
The Jackson County Animal Shelter is hosting a “Wishing Tree”
event to raise awareness for items needed at the shelter.
Each animal at the Jackson County Animal Shelter has a small
Christmas Wish List that will be hung on the “Wishing Tree” and posted on the
Jackson County Animal Shelter Facebook Page throughout the month of December.
Items include anything from food for the animals, treats,
toys, cleaning supplies, beds, activity sets, spays, neuters and more.
The shelter hopes this assists in the needs for the homeless
animals, but also hopes it helps to raise awareness for the animals currently
housed in the shelter. There are many animals who would love to find a forever
home this holiday season. Please join us, share our event and help us help the
animals in our area!
